Despite the fact that billiards are big in the Philippines, we were still very few female players...</p><p>Women's pool competitions only started a few decades ago and there are so few.</p><p>I've seen many competitive female pool players who defeated male players. Even my teammate who was only a teenage girl beat Efren Reyes once. There are mixed gender tournaments already.</p>
