<p>One of the most convincing examples of &quot;why shoot RAW&quot;. The left shot here is a processed RAW which clearly shows the central star as red, which matches what it looked like in reality, as best as I can remember. The right one is a camera JPEG, where the red hue is completely lost from this particular spot.
