<p>Starting today, I&#39;m on a quest to make a… pomegranate dusting sugar. What&#39;s that? Something looking like granulated sugar of red color, to dust over whipped cream on top of a cup of festive hot chocolate.</p><p>Today&#39;s attempt: tried to reduce pomegranate juicy with sugar but let it boil for too long, so sugar caramelized and almost burned.
