<p>This is btw how I learn to cut young apple trees, left: before the cut, right: after the cut. It took me ~14 hours on that tree. This is an Oeschberg tree (well, a transition tree towards an Oeschberg crown). I can recommend doing a tree warden apprenticeship with lots of practice, that's how you learn.
