To model this as a “supply chain” issue implies we need to hold suppliers to account and put resources into the delivery mechanism. But that is the opposite of what needs to happen. This should be an embarrassment for the users, not the library, and they need to invest in building in-house expertise and *not* pushing resources into artifactory or whatever</p>
