Executives are massively more destructive than I ever believed possible in my youth, even conservative outlets like HBR keep rewriting the same “layoffs are bad groupthink you dummies” studies and meta-analyses in increasingly exasperated tones, seemly unable to process just how bad CEOs are at their jobs</p>
