<p>I see a lot of progressives doing this and I think it's a good thing but I just wanted to articulate it as an explicit principle. I don't actually think "homeless people" vs. "unhoused people" makes a huge difference, but once you cross the line into "the homeless", you stop thinking of a group of people with a specific attribute and start thinking of an amorphous threatening blob.</p>
