There is a huge emphasis on "personal identifying information" and "data retention", but it's entirely centered around video footage. For example, images don't show faces or passengers. The contracts also state that the video footage belongs to the city and no one else. Ok, fine.</p><p>But, what about the plate number? Clearly it's run against a DB. Are there logs? Who owns that? A lot of details are fuzzy.</p>
