<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://social.joshthomas.dev/@josh" class="u-url mention">@<span>josh</span></a></span> I can't speak to the effects of jaw surgery, but for me, I pulled out the Rochut etude book and played that for a couple of weeks. After that, I joined a local no audition community band. It's been great and pretty low-key.</p><p>I've actually been pretty surprised at the depth of playing options in the area. I've continued to play with the original group I joined, but there seems to be quite a few bands all over the area of varying intensity.</p>
