I felt sick the day the after the EU referendum in 2016, then had to have lunch with family who had voted leave! I was distraught. </p><p>I know leaving the EU is not quite the same thing as voting for a fascist, but I am really feeling for liberals in the US today.</p><p>We are not alone, that is some consolation.</p>
