The emergency room doctors and surgeons think nothing is as bad as what they deal with on a daily basis at work, so they blow off the idea of changing platforms</p><p>It's a stellar community, teaching and discussing current research. I keep begging them to move but only a handful have and most cross-post from xitter anyway 🤬😩</p>
