So, AI companies say our blog posts and whatever we publish on the open web, is freeware - despite on our copyright. So what would happen if we put our content under a certain license, let's say a special creative commons license like CC BY-NC-SA-NOAI 4.0. Which means you can remix and share as long as you don't use it for AI. This way we would explicitly restrict the AI usage, and could take legal actions, couldn’t we?
