<p>It's annoying because there's plenty of solid pro-piracy or anti-DRM arguments available, and plenty of reasons why moving ownership to a usage rights model is a bad long-term move. We don't need to co-opt the moral high ground with some fancy, yet wrong, wordplay.</p><p></rant></p>
