<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://fosstodon.org/@sushee" class="u-url mention">@<span>sushee</span></a></span> The cynic in me says that annual ratings/feedback don&#39;t matter. Managers know what rating they&#39;re going to give people, and will not really be swayed by anything you write.</p><p>The nicer part of me says to be as specific with compliments as you can and to not write anything that looks bad or suggests an area for improvement at all. Nobody gains from that being written down in a review. Just like talking to the cops, anything you say can and will be used against someone.</p>
