<p>how we did it: </p><p>iterate over and over. day 1 had a cluster already. try this tool meh. try next one cool.<br /> <br />off the shelf components and no special snowflakes (whatever DO is already using)</p><p>refactor, review, refactor, review until I couldn't stomach another line of YAML :)</p><p>fast decisions, no endless discussions, no elaborate plans. if doubts, just try every option.<br /> <br />don't hesitate to write code.</p><p>put everything live right away.</p><p>100% not a beginner's project though - we def know our shit.</p>
