<p>pro-tip: if you drench raisins very long in rum you get this awesome "malaga" icecream flavour from the 70ies. even better with "stroh rum" - or of course actual malaga wine. (haven't seen it years though - same as marsala, my other favorite flavour from zabaglione)</p>
