Their results mostly come from Wikipedia and that is clearly stated. It also isn't a chatbot, but rather a tool that summarizes pages. It also tries to stick with straightforward answers to minimize the chance of it being wrong.</p><p>It also can be turned off in the settings for ddg if you really don't want to deal with it.</p>
