Their customer service must have gone downhill recently. I&#39;ve had at least two packages marked as delivered that I didn&#39;t receive and they sent out a replacement without asking any questions. I had one of the missing packages show up a few days later soaking wet (no idea what it went through) and when I told Amazon they told me to keep both. It wasn&#39;t an iPhone but still, a lost iPhone isn&#39;t gonna hurt the company.</p>
