<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://hachyderm.io/@fasterthanlime" class="u-url mention">@<span>fasterthanlime</span></a></span> In my experience (not specific to anger management) it&#39;s 20% being diligently conscious and mindful of theory and eagerly applying it before I spiral into the easy thoughts of a bad habit, and the other 80% is time and practice at it until it becomes unconscious, intuitive, and obvious.</p><p>Good luck! :D</p>
