<p>by an absolutely bizarre coincidence I have recently been looking into the whole "blow up a LiPo battery remotely" thing and while it is actually feasible for them to go off with a bang (despite people's adamant protests to the contrary, yes, they can really go off with some serious force in specific design circumstances, don't @ me) the images of the pager device alone are enough to easily convince me that the necessary prerequisites aren't there, so that theory is put to rest.</p>
