I've been using Sn99.3-Cu0.7 for many years, and my spool is about to run out... have you experiemented with varying levels of Silver?</p><p>I have another spool of thin (0.35mm) wire with 5% Ag, and find it quite frustrating to work with, though I'm not sure if that's more related to the silver content / diameter / flux content / etc...</p>
