<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@whitequark" class="u-url mention">@<span>whitequark</span></a></span> my laptop (HP EliteBook) has an actual back cover removal switch, I've configured it so it'll ask for the BIOS^W UEFI password on boot after the back cover is removed. (Works while powered off, of course, RTC power domain and all.)</p>
