Switching was a big improvement, not least because everyone could see the answers.</p><p>Our students don't complain at all about using EdStem instead of whatever Canvas provides. I think they would actually complain if we went the other way.</p><p>Your anxieties may indeed be an issue. I check 2-3x a day. We also have strict policies like "no staff reply between 10pm and 8am, including — and especially — on due days" [assignments due at 11:59pm].</p>
