<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@whitequark" class="u-url mention">@<span>whitequark</span></a></span> apparently most of these are for stuff like micro switches and IR beam interlocks, they just threw a ton of ferrites on everything. my guess is they failed EMC due to ground bounce radiating from every cable, so they threw a ton of ferrites on until it scraped through testing.</p>
