<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@whitequark" class="u-url mention">@<span>whitequark</span></a></span> My nightmares when they used to happen tended to be repetitive and at some point I was able to control them more and more over time, helping to ease out the anxiety it caused and make it seem like I can do whatever I want there too and not just suffer from whatever happens. Those nightmares for me were either happening whenever I tried to sleep or right before I wake up, so I remembered everything quite vividly most of the time, and it was always more or less the same thing anyway.</p>
