<p>got my first "you're concentrating too much on the pain. mind over matter, have you tried meditation..." comment irl.</p><p>yes i have. this is a practice i have decades of experience with. it's great.</p><p>but endometriosis is worse than being belted in the nuts, regularly. its all day long, it's day after day.</p><p>both are deep, visceral, and will drop you to your knees in seconds. but one just doesn't stop.</p><p>meditating through that works. ish. to a point.</p>
