<p>People always defend <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/capitalism" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>capitalism</span></a> as just being the natural order of things. If <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/nature" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>nature</span></a> was anything like capitalism, there’d be only one big fat tree in a forest. One lion killing all the other animals, no matter if they are hungry or not. Nature has an intrinsic idea of coexistence that capitalism completely lacks. Instead there’s just dominance and control.</p>
