<p><span class="h-card" translate="no"><a href="https://bsd.network/@cynicalsecurity" class="u-url mention">@<span>cynicalsecurity</span></a></span> oddly enough, in my actual lived experience, I've found that I want to be around the calculating ones (not the religious though) and the pleasure-seeking ones; when I am drowning I can count on knowing what they would do much more so than what someone with an innate sense of morality would</p><p>this gives me a sense of safety I can't get in other ways, and need to live (not merely survive)</p>
