<p>congratulations to the guy who just found out what the inside of a compiler looks like, </p><p>but i don't really agree with the general argument of "apple is bad because they have added features to swift" </p><p>as someone who has opened more than two tabs on wikipedia, i tend to think that language governance is bad when the language stops responding to the communities needs</p><p>yes, swift is choosing "being useful for coding" over "the internals are textbook examples", but i think that's a good choice</p>
