There's an additional hurdle if you're from a country other than the US. You're led to a website with a banner and a round blue button that says "Continue" in your language, and if you click it, it leads to an error shown as a raw JSON string.</p><p>Rather than clicking on the button, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Bottom left corner should have the country selection list. Pick the US, and that should automatically reload the page and lead to a success message.</p>
