They don't want to hear about problems, they want to hear about how they can make money and promote themselves. And if they are lucky by the times there's any problems they are long gone. So keep your head down, collect your paycheck, and let some other sucker try to right the ship. Being a competent engineer is pointless these days, as it only gets you in trouble.</p>
