Especially because some people say these things *seriously*, and others then get confused and can&#39;t tell the difference, and take this as an actual rule.</p><p>&quot;Teach, but not too much&quot; — I virtually never hear a research university person say &quot;Research, but not too much&quot;. If anything, research is used to cover up all kinds of sins.</p><p>Sorry I got triggered.</p>
