Vanga admitted to taking an anti-anxiety med prior to the accident. Isn’t that impaired driving under the influence of drugs/meds? All anti-anxiety meds come with warnings. It’s not the families fault if Vanga didn’t heed the warnings. To be fair, I don’t have the toxicology report.</p><p>Police are not trained on how to deal w/head injuries after MVA. <br />Legislators need to fix the BAC & blood toxicology laws.</p><p>I was hit by drunk. Took 3 hrs for warrant. It was 0.398.</p>
